Problem

Canvas's existing platform was cumbersome and lacked the sophistication and ease-of-use expected by modern online shoppers.

The platform faced challenges in user engagement, navigation difficulties, and a subpar mobile shopping experience, resulting in lower conversion rates and user retention.

Process

The redesign process began with a thorough analysis of Canvas's target market, user behavior, and competitive landscape.

Sophia Patel’s expertise in UX/UI was instrumental in crafting an intuitive and visually appealing interface, while Marco Rossi’s front-end development skills brought the design to life with smooth and responsive functionality.

Jasmine Lee’s insights into digital marketing guided the platform's integration with various marketing channels and strategies.
